I lead the pre-sales engineering function for AI-enabled IVA, UCaaS, and CCaaS solutions serving enterprise clients in regulated industries. I built the function from the ground up — discovery frameworks, demo playbooks, proposal standards — and the results have followed: 80%+ win rates on assigned opportunities and ~85% demo-to-close ratios.
Day-to-day, I partner with sales leadership to design platform architectures aligned with each customer's business outcomes, compliance requirements, and long-term strategy. I deliver technical deep dives and executive presentations to operations, IT, and C-suite stakeholders, consistently positioning LinkLive as a strategic platform rather than a point product. I also collaborate closely with product and customer success to ensure clean pre-sales-to-implementation handoffs that reduce time-to-value.
Alongside this work, I founded CallsAnswered.ai, a voice AI contact center product. Building, positioning, and selling it has sharpened how I speak to AI buyers in my day job — when prospects ask the hard operator-side questions about voice AI, I've already had to answer them for my own product.
